We invite our subscribers to enjoy all the information, suggestions, help and knowledge and material and all the features this site has to offer. But we must require that each subscriber abide by certain rules so that no one's rights are stepped on. Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate termination of access to this site, without refund or recourse.

Terms of Use

You may not share your logon information, username and password with other parties to enable them access to the site or its information. In doing so our system will detect this immediately and suspend and/or terminate any subscriber where more than one person signs in under the same username. 

Do not violate our copyright.  Do not post, reprint, publish or distribute any information, material or content in any shape or form without express prior written authority. 

Member/subscriber must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Member/subscriber must provide Voip Marketeer with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, VoIP marketeer at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.
Members may not activate or use more than one member/subscriber account, select or use an email address of another person, use a false name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person or use a false or misleading name, mailing address, or email address to activate or use a member/subscriber account.

By completing voipmarketeers (also known by voipmarketer and/or this site) membership enrollment online (or by any other acceptable method) and using this sites membership or being granted use of this site, you agree to the following membership agreement and terms of use.  The site (voipmarketeer, voipmarketer and/or this site) together with the underlying source HTML, PDF, word files, etc and other information, are hereinafter referred to as "this site".  By using This Site, you are agreeing to the following terms described below:

1. Use of Materials

All content, including, but not limited to, text, word documents, PDF files, HTML code, graphics, etc. are for your personnel online use only and may not be distributed, copied, published or distributed by any means what so ever, unless, expressly granted in writing.

All information (questions, topics, articles, endorsements, products, etc.) submitted to Voip Marketeer via This Site, or via any postal or any e-mail submission shall be and shall remain the property of VoIP Marketeer and This Site reserves the right to review all content and remove material, at its sole discretion.  You waive all editorial and moral rights to any submissions you make to This Site regardless of format. You agree to indemnify Voip Marketeer (This Site) if any third party takes action against This Site, and agree not to take action against This Site, in relation to any material you submit, regardless of form. By submitting information, you warrant that This Site may publish the information, and/or incorporate it or any concepts described in such information, without liability to you or any other or entity.

5. Subscription Fees, Renewal and Termination of Membership.

You authorize VoIP Marketeer, This Site, to collect payment of your Membership fees (initial or renewal) by charging any billing vehicle (e.g. credit card) we have on file for you. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to collect your full membership fee or full renewal fee, VoIP Marketeer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership immediately without notification. The initial annual membership effective date will begin the date the member completes the online or phone enrollment or any other acceptable process and receives a written (email or fax) confirmation from This Site. The membership term may vary depending on the length of time the subscriber/member chooses.  Unless said subscriber/member terminates their membership seven (7) days prior to renewal date, the membership will renew automatically. The effective date of renewal membership will begin the day after the former subscription period ends.

A member/subscriber may terminate their membership at any time prior to renewal date by logging into to the membership area of This Site, selecting the appropriate account settings, and canceling membership, or by contacting Voip Marketeer via email.  However, in order to avoid automatic renewal of membership and associated fees, the member/subscriber must terminate their account 7 business days prior to the renewal date based on membership term and initial date of enrollment. No refunds of any renewal membership fees pro-rata or otherwise will be issued if member terminates membership prior to the renewal date.  Voip Marketeer reserves the right to terminate your account without prior notice if you have violated any of our membership terms and conditions or fail to pay any due membership fees.

6. Agreement and Severability

These Terms of Use and Membership Agreement represent all of the agreements between you and Voip Marketeer/Voip Marketer/This Site and/or VS Solutions membership regarding your use and access to This Site. If any provision of these Terms of Use are found or deemed unlawful unenforceable, void, or against public policy, that provisions shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms of Use, which shall remain valid and in full force and effect. By completing the online or phone membership enrollment, or any other acceptable enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with this agreement and all of its terms of use described above.
